Dear dermatologists,
It's true a few drug reps have overstayed their welcome from time to time, but don't let a few bad apples spoil the bunch. We aren't all spawns of satan & our desire isn't to ruin your day, although I think that may often be your objective. I know it may be hard for you to understand this, but we are real people that have lives outside these jobs. We don't always want to see you either, but if we could all just get along & make our interaction short & sweet everyone walks away a little happier.
Also, please don't advertise that you can perform the latest in botox, juvederm or any other cosmetic procedure when you don't even have a fax machine in your office! How can I honestly trust that you know what you are doing when you use typewriters instead of computers & haven't updated your office since 1952.
Sincerely,
a nice drug rep that is only in your office once a year at best so cut me some slack please.

Haha. Your letter is nicer than mine would sometimes be...:) Mine would go something like, "Dear Dermatologist - You only work 6 hours a day, 2 days a week, and you take 2 hour lunch breaks. Oh - and you make five times my salary. How can you POSSIBLY be in a bad mood right now?!" :) Loved this post, though!
