We even decided to get dirty without them for a change. :) John and I were on separate teams, but we both participated in Habitat for Humanity's 5k mud run. It was a 5k with obstacles such as a 40 yard piggy back ride, jumping over hay bails, crawling through tubing, a slip-n-slide, army crawling through mud and so on. I was on team "Dirty Dolls" and we did it for FUN, not to compete, which was pretty obvious when we stopped in the middle of the race to pose for a picture! haha John's team decided to wear carhart overalls throughout the race, which he said felt like carrying an extra 30 pounds. I was really looking forward to this race, but it exceeded my expectations of flat out F-U-N! I think I'm hooked and want to do it every year now! Thanks, Lindsay for finding out about this and getting our team together!
For your viewing pleasure....

John's team at the end. They told the 1 guy everyone was wearing spandex...luckily he had extra shorts to put on...wasn't that mean!?
