Apparently you can't stitch up a wound that was caused by a bite b/c it can cause abscess. I'm not sure what that means for how it will heal, but I'm not the professional.
We are instructed to keep it uncovered and give him antibiotics & a pain pill once a day. Twice a day I'm supposed to clean it with warm water. He should be applying regular pressure within two days!
No x-rays and no stitches...just meds & a cone.
His desired place of rest today is at my feet under the office desk.
