About Me

I'm adventurous when I want to be, but I'm just as happy watching a movie at home. I'm married to my best friend who makes me laugh on a regular basis & a son that makes me happier then he will ever know. I strongly feel that the most important thing in life is your relationship with Christ and your relationship with others.

I've been tagged....

I learned from Erica today that when you "tag" someone in a blog post that means they have to "pass it on" kinda like a forward and answer the same questions. So, here I go....

Attached or Single? I'm attached. We've been married just over 2 years.

Best friend? Not 1 best friend, but many close friends.

Cake or Pie? Cake for sure b/c I can name way more cakes I like over pies. However, my mom's peach pie & homemade apple pie is delicious.

Day of Choice? Sunday. I love sat. too, but Sunday is more of my relaxing day & Saturday I clean or run errands before church (we go sat. night).

Essential Item? Contacts/glasses. I'm very very blind. When I have them out or don't have my glasses on I feel trapped b/c I can't see anything. If I was kidnapped there would be no reason to blindfold me...just take away my glasses. It's a scary thought!

Flavor of Ice Cream? My very favorite is to get sweet cream with raspberries mixed in at Stone Cold Creamery. I like Breyer's Neapolitan from the store.

Gummy Bears or Worms? Thanks to Jess I know there is only 1 good brand of gummy bears "Haribo." If it's those gummy bears then I'm in...if not, sour worms.

Hometown? Oak Ridge, TN-the secret city & home of the atomic bomb!http://www.ci.oak-ridge.tn.us/visitors/about-oak-ridge

Indulgences? Hum...I don't actually buy celebrity magazines, but I for sure read my friend Andi's when I can or in line at the grocery store!

January or July? Is this a serious question!? Of course, July. Can you imagine what your tongue would feel like if it were stuck to a frozen pole...that's how your whole body feels in January in MN:) Plus in July you have my favorite holiday & you're guaranteed warmth. In January you have nothing to look forward to for quite awhile....like until May!

Kids? Nope, but hopefully one day!

Last Movie I saw in a Theater? I'm ashamed to say this, but I won't lie. It was "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" and I DO NOT recommend it.

Middle Name? I know you we're hoping for Marie, but you are WRONG. It's Michelle.

Number of Siblings? zero.

Oranges or Apples? I really like both, but eat apples more. My favorite are Macintosh b/c they are kinda sour.

Phobia or Fear? Should we get deep? My biggest fear is falling short to someones expectations...I have to fight my fear of not pleasing everyone. I don't like spiders, but it's not a phobia.

Quote? "To love deeply in one direction makes us more loving in all others." Anne-Sophie Swetchine

Reason to Smile? God is working in my life.

Season? I love the very beginning of Fall when you can wear a light sweatshirt, jeans and flip flops & are warm, but your nose and ears are cool. I love seeing the bright orange pumpkins people decorate with & the colors of the changing leaves. The cool air is energizing.

Tag five more: Katie (you better do this), Mandy, Julie, Abby, Marissa.

Unknown Fact About Me? I'm under 5'-wait that's obvious. I would like to adopt from a foreign country.

Vegetarian or Oppressor of Animals? haha-I should be a vegetarian, but I'm not. Put me down as an oppressor :)

Worst Habit? Stressing myself out. I do it a lot & most of the time it's unnecessary, but I can't stop.

Xrays or Ultrasounds? I'd freak out about either at this point, but I'll go with ultrasounds b/c most of the time that's for a happy reason. :)

Your favorite Food? Italian-pizza, pasta, bread!

Zodiac? cancer

I have some comments for you:
1) Wait to go #1 Oak Ridge Fan...love that you put a link to the website!
2) You are so not an oppressor of animals. You cry if you see a dead bug!
3) Your worst habit is by far your eyebrow thing.
haha. And those are my comments. :)
